AT&T Store

Went into the store to pick up my grandsons birthday gift of a new phone that was ordered online. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She called the manager, who was not very professional on the phone, from what I could hear. I came home and called AT&T, who told me to go to another store, which made it fast and easy to pick up my order. This store obviously needs a lot of training.

Helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. The manager went out of his way to get in the exact phones we wanted by the next day. Friendly staff and excellent service!

Had an awesome experience upgrading my phone! this store is in a perfect location and has an amazing staff. The manager Carlos is involved in and supportive of his team.

The customer service was great and the process was very easy to follow Jayden was an amazing and kind worker that helped us through the steps and was very understanding of the language barrier between him and my mother and didn’t get frustrated or annoyed with her overall it was a great experience

I would avoid this AT&T and choose a different one. I stopped getting service on my phone and went to this AT&T and they were completely unhelpful and did nothing but confirm I had service with them. They sent me to the Apple Genius Bar where Apple quickly confirmed it was a service problem and not a product problem. I went to another AT&T, who was embarrassed the first AT&T did not help me and rectified things immediately.
